Ciao ragazzi! Per i miei amici non motorizzato (eh si e' facile non avere la macchina a New York, specialmente se vivi a Manhattan...) ed avesse voglia di cavalcare (mmm cavalcare? si vede proprio che non sono un'esperta...) le piste da sci di New York e dintorni, Paragon Sport organizza viaggi in pullman verso Windham Mountain, Hunter Mountain and Stratton (VT).
Approfittatene! Il costo va dai 79 ai 99$ ed include viaggio in pullman, lift ticket, una leggera colazione snack e intrattenimento sul pullman (programmazione film) Il calendario si trova sul sito di Paragon (clicca qui per calendario) Paragon e' un mitico anzi direi storico negozio di articoli sportivi a Union Square. Si parte alle 6.30 di mattina e si ritorna verso le 8.30 per la bella Hunter Mountain nei Catskill mentre si parte alle 4.30 di mattina per Stratton e si ritorna alle 930 di sera. Stratton in Vermont deve essere molto bella ma non so quanto ne vada la pena fare un viaggio del genere in un giorno, visto che il tragitto e' di circa 4h e 30 minuti each way! A voi la scelta! . Inoltre se non avete le attrezzature necessarie Paragon Sports offre pacchetti per affitare sci e scarponi, ma se siete in vena di shopping potrete anche acquistarne dei nuovi e lo staff vi aiutera' nella selezione e nel fitting (la prova) Trovate la lista dei servizi qui Se volete saperne di piu del Vermont ho appena pubblicato un post sulla mia settimana bianca a Stowe. Hello you all! For all of my friends who are car free and can't get a ride to the slopes, now you can hit them thanks to Paragon Sport! They organize bus round trip to three major ski resorts areas: Hunter Mountain, Windham Mountain and Stratton (VT) . The price ranges from 79 to 99$ and includes all area lift tickets, a light breakfast and movies screening on the bus. All informations are on Paragon Sport website click here to be redirected on their web page. For Windham and Hunter mountain you got to be at the meeting point by 6 as the bus is leaving 630am and be returning around 430pm. For Stratton in Vermont, well that is a bigger deal as bus leaves at 430 am and be back by 930 pm . Each way is 4h30 approx. Can you handle it? Well i couldn't but im sure there's people out there who is much braver and sporty than me! Also, if you do not have any of the ski gear and needs ski and boots you can rent them from Paragon, so you can maximize your time on the slops and avoid the lines at the rental boots! They offer also free tune in and a lot of services from repairs to tune in . All prices are here .
