Chili Festival al Chelsea! - NYCHILIFEST 2013

Siamo quasi alla fine di una settimana piuttosto gelida dove era quasi impossibile uscire e godersi la citta' specialmente per chi come me soffre il freddo. Ma come si fa a stare sempre a casa? per cui se oggi volete uscire e contemporaneamente 

 stare al calduccio bene questa sera potreste recarvi al Chelse Market dove sara' in corso il Chili Festival! Ma cosa e' il chili? Nella cucina messicana e' quella specie di zuppa o salsa fatta con fagioli, salsa di pomodoro macinato e tante spezie. Buonissima! Io preferisco la versione vegetariana. Se non avete mai provato allora perche' non partecipare a questo evento? e' una occasione  per divertirsi, mangiare e stare al caldo. L'evento e' per questa sera, dalle 7pm alle 9,30pm al Chelsea Market 75 Ninth Ave tra w15th e w16th Strada. Il biglietto costa  50$ o 55$ incluso birra e potrete avere accesso illimitato  ad una vasta selezione di chili preparato dai migliori chef di New York che si sfideranno per vincere la Chili Mug ovvero un trofeo per il miglior Chili.
