Belli questi "cat eye" style di Gucci...ero tentata ma io non sono una grande fan di occhiali..li perdo li rompo e li graffio facilmente, sono un po distratta. Ohh this is funny, they actually glittered the bottom part of the shoes as well..dont' they know we actually have to walk in them? or may were there made for the red carpet only? I don't care, as they are cute. Rene Caovilla heels discounted to 270$ and something from over 1000$ bucks? that is what i call a deal.
Questa e' una delle tante chicche. Manolo Blahnik fatte a mano , credo sia pelle esotica forse pitone, insomma in saldo 1,200$ da oltre 2000$ di listino, senza scatola, senza pochette protettiva...mah chi ce li spenderebbe? almeno dateci la scatola no ? Sono sicura che queste si potrebbero trovare facilmente ai loro saldi in citta. Another strange find while browsing through shoes department: these Manolo Blahnik sandals where hand made in Italy and must have been some kind of exotic skin (which, by the way, i do not buy anymore since few years now) . They were discounted to 1,200$ from over 2000$ but had no box no shoebag whatsoever...hey i acknowledge they are discounted but still for over a 1000$ at least give me the box!
Siccome i miei amici italian sono grandissimi fan del mitico Della Valle, eccomi all'outlet Tods! Debbo dire che e' uno dei pochi dove ci sono grandi sconti, si parte con quelle a prezzo fisso, poi al reparto sconti in percentuale e poi il mitico piccolo scaffale che non manca mai a 99$ ! Eh si 99$ non si sbaglia mai con Tods eh??? Certo la scelta e' limitatissima e le misure anche, forse una 30ina di paia in tutto ma i fortunati non mancano qui. Well im sure my Italian friends would want to know what's going on with Della Valle 's brand Tod's. How could i miss it? Italians love Tod's. Who doesn't. Anyway this is the real deal in here, where you can really find good quality shoes at a fraction of the price. All my tods are bomb proof, they never break. At this outlet you can find very good discounts , starting from 20% off of the outlet price, or 30% or 40%. You can also find fixed priced shelves at 189$ 199$ and the much sought after 99$ rack!

Mocassini e ballerine Tods a 199$ . Ovviamente piu sono recenti e piu costano, le collezioni passate sono piu scontate ma che importa? Tod's e' un classico no? Anche se recentemente mi sono un po disaffezionata a loro perche ho provato varie ballerine ma non ne trovo una supercomoda e come sapete qui a New York bisogna camminare molto. Loafers and ballerinas at 199$ . Obviously the older the style is the less it costs, but who cares? Tod's is a classic right? But i lost interest in them recently becuse i cannot seem to find a ballerina who does not hurt me. Must be my feet.

Queste erano la mia misura! 99$ pero' non ne ho proprio bisogno ...a meno che.... These were my size but i thought they were a bit "passe' , and i actually do not really need sandals...unless...
A meno che non trovi un super mega paio di sandali Balenciaga! che belli....unico paio della mia misura a 359$ . Stavo quasi per andare alla cassa quando la mia amica tirchia....ahhh se non l'avessi portata! Non sono stupendi???? Unless i find a pair of beautiful Balenciaga sandals, the only pair left in my size which i was about to pay for, when my greedy friend stopped me and reminded me i have to save money. "How do you dare!" i thought...but i listened to her. Now i regret it.
E alla fine si, sono tornata a mani vuote, sconsolata ed arrabbiata. Ma fortunatamente siccome sono cose molto frivole ovviamente, divertenti ma frivole, mi passa tutto subito. Per cui mi sono andata a fare una bella corsetta prima che arrivasse il diluvio universale. Un brutto temporale si e' abbattuto sulla citta' . Fortunatamente di solito durano circa una mezzora e poi si muovo via verso altre aree. Qui a New York e' bene girare con una giacca o cardigan, fit flop, e ombrello in borsa. And at the end i came back home empty handed, angry and deceived. But i had to wear my philosophical mask and said to myself that these are just frivolous objects so forget about it. And i did go jogging, under the 80 degree sun at 5pm in the afternoon, before the apocalypt storm decided to hit New York. A general rule of thumb if you come to New York City. Have in your purse a pair of foldable ballerina flats, 1 high quality umbrella (the cheap ones can lasts as long as 1 minute) and a light sweater or jacket. The weather can be a mess.
