Smogarsburg e Summer Stage insieme per la prima volta a Manhattan ! Smorgasburg is coming to town

Ciao a tutti! Nonostante l'estate stia passando velocemente continuano gli eventi in giro per New York, oggi vi parlo di un evento culinario e musicale da non perdere. Vi ricordate del mio post sullo Smogasburg?

Potete vedere i miei due post passati cliccando qui e qui , un evento culinario tenutosi a Brooklyn dove tanti food stands (chioschi con specialita' culinarie) hanno deliziato i Newyorkesi con specialita' locali e internazionali, tutto rigorosamente offerto all'aperto per godere della bella stagione.

Bene per la prima volta lo Smorgasburg oltrepassa il fiume Hudson per arrivare direttamente a Manhattan! Infatti 30 food stands partecipanti si trasferiranno a Central Park per un'unica data e si uniranno al Summer Stage venerdi 19 Settembre dalle 5 alle 9 di sera ci sara una grande festa al fresco con piatti alquanto in voga qui a New York come i famosi Ramen Burger (dove il tradizionale panino brioche e' sostituito da un panino fatto con i ramen (che se non lo sapete sono quei spaghetti con cui i giapponesi preparano quella squisita zuppa a base di carne di maiale, ma usati anche da tanti altri paesi asiatici)   Ci sara' ovviamente musica (Summer Stage) e anche un wine and bar. Nel caso l'evento fosse un successo, chissa' potremo vedere lo Smorgasburg trasferirsi a Manhattan per il 2015 !

Hello you all! Summer is coming to an end and i'd say this is happening pretty fast but thankfully the free events are not slowing down at all! This new one is something not to miss: Do you remember my posts about the Smorgasburg, the culinary event held in Brooklyn over several weekends? You can check my posts here and here. This event is now crossing the Hudson River to land on Central Park ! For one day only on September 19th from 5pm to 9 pm you will be able to eat al fresco and listening to live performances. The Smorgasburg is joining Summer Stage at the Rumsey Playfield on 72nd Street and 5th Avenue, where 30 food vendors will bring you all the most sought after specialties such as the ramen burgers, international and local food and lots of free music thanks to the Summer Stage! Should this event be a success we could see the Smorgasburg set foot permanently in Manhattan this next summer 2015 ! For more information click here
